After thorough investigation. I stopped in and spoke to Buddy at BBQ Outfitters. He recommended a couple of options for what I was looking for, but clearly stated the Yoder 480 was the best smoker out there. From the packaging to the assembly and most importantly the cook, this is by far the best smoker on the market. It produced the best spatchcock turkey for Thanksgiving and was the perfect addition to the cooking arsenal. Don't think twice.... buy one!
