Spoiled Product

I have been getting routine orders and my last order showed up completely spoiled because the cold packs were melted and the GoOats were all very warm and mushy. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures as soon as it was delivered. I never got a response. Despite reaching out 3 times within 7 days, still no response. I cancelled all future orders and disputed the charge and still no response. I don’t recommend ordering from them.
