Aether [U]

Aether started out as one of the more promising scents from my sample set - clean, quiet, and subtly woody. But once it hit my skin, the citrus and spice disappeared completely, and the entire fragrance shifted into a dry cedar-forward profile. The dry down never really moved past that note. Instead, it settled firmly into cedar closet territory - dry, dusty wood shavings from start to finish. Not unpleasant, but definitely one-dimensional and much drier than I was expecting. If you enjoy simple, minimal woody scents or love the smell of cedar blocks, this could be right up your alley. For me, it didn’t have enough depth or movement to keep my interest. Glad I sampled it first, but I’ll pass on a full bottle.
