Bams & Bubbly Mahjong Mat: In Stock

When ordering, the description stated that the mat would be shipped within 15-20 days. After twenty days, I attempted multiple times to contact someone regarding my order via email, the SHOP app, and finally Instagram (through which I received one response that the mat was being shipped the next day…not). When the time frame reached two months, I finally reached out to AMEX card services to dispute this credit card charge. The mat appeared 10 days later, in good condition and as pictured, but with no notification. I am very disappointed with this merchant’s customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
