Used daily and found simple little things like function and pain reduction easy to notice. I did add a drop of essential oil to play with taste needs (lemon, mandarin, wild orange) easy to make one's drink personal.

Intra workout hydration

I use the athlete hydration powder while I’m training in the gym and I find a half a serve is ideal through the winter months and I will then increase the full serve in the hotter summer months. I think it has the ideal ratio of electrolytes and I highly recommend this one to anyone who’s training hard.
