Quality is subpar

Excellent service from Julie and Ev. Quality of the flatware varies drastically from the knives to the dessert spoons. The knives are very nicely polished and the dessert spoons are dull and rough around the edges. The spoons and forks fall somewhere between the two. If these items were returnable, I would have sent them back.
