Lunar Moon Lamp

Ordered this for my step Mom as a Christmas present. It looked really awesome online. Unfortunately when I received the item months later which was ridiculous ship/waiting time, the box was clearly damaged from shipping and handling. When I opened the box, broken shards of glass went everywhere! All over me, my daughter, my new leather couch got a piece of glass stuck in it and cut the couch, the glass was absolutely pulverized into small pieces. It clearly had been broken from more than 1 mishandle. I contacted Breck and Fox and they pretty much told me to go Fox myself! They then accused my of breaking my own family's gifts. The items are not as presented. They are cheap, chinese made, broken and damaged, 2nd hand items. This company was misleading about their quality and their return policy and refused to refund or replace the items with new! I do not recommend this company or the chinese products! If I could leave a lower review, I would. Worst transaction Ive ever had.

Much cheaper made product than I expected.

I’m still waiting to receive this items
