Classic Weekender Duffle Bag in Black

Loved the product. Beautifully crafted. Disliked the expired coupon

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the bag is not the same as it used to be, and there is nothing “luxury” about the product I received. The details and craftsmanship do not match the description or photos posted on the website. The materials feel cheap, and the bag honestly looks like something you would find at a flea market rather than from a brand that markets itself as a luxury product. I even paid for the return, yet my refund was refused. This is unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to keep products that are clearly misrepresented online. I expect Tote & Carry to stand behind their brand and issue a proper refund.

I wasn't happy w the gold zipper amd buckles. The picture had a silver and buckles.
