Disappointed

Earrings themselves are great. Spendy but seems like good quality. However packing was subpar. A flat bubble mailer with no padding, causing multiple earrings to arrive broken. Company is slow to respond and ignored complaints about packaging. You’d think they’d want to protect items so customers don’t have to deal with the headache of broken products. They stopped responding to my emails. Hopefully they can begin to take feedback and improve packaging on such seemingly fragile earrings. I do not currently recommend this company.

Gauge is too thick

I love the size of the stud, but these earrings are completely unusable because the gauge is too think. I think the screw head is what makes the post thicker. Super bummed I can’t wear it!
