Pioneer Band

WORST customer service ever. My device arrived defective and i emailed and called over and over. They said they would send a replacement and never did and now wont even reapond. I never leave 1 star reviews but this was a sad and horrible experience that inwas excited to try and use.

I use it on my waist in the front with the clip holder and it definitely stays put even though I am always squeezing into tight spaces that definitely grab ahold of it the only thing that I can say needs to be improved is the notes it takes sometimes are pretty far off or just really like a whole different thing happening/ happened and the name's get in to that aren't people I was around

Only had it a short time, but its a perfect little assistant.
