I loved Bailyn's features and how she looks real but was disappointed in her heartbeat 1.not as noticeable as picture shows and 2. It makes a clicking noise. I didn't return this item because my Granddaughter had already seen it and wouldn't let me send it back, she said she didn't mind the click.

I really like the doll. Just like new born. It cries, has a heart beat & coos. When she arrived the package was damaged in the corner of the box. Doll was in plastic bag when she arrived so she was cold. Other than that she is a beautiful baby girl.
