Light doesnt work

I bought the headlamp and two batteries in Fall of 2024. I went to use them for recent hunt in Alaska and when charging them they both became warm and drained. So I bought these two new batteries and a cord all from Peax thinking that was the issue. Same thing happened again. Now I have four batteries that are drained and wont charge and a light I cannot use. I ended up have to take a Petzl on the trip last minute but I really like the Peax headlamp. Im wondering if there is anything Peax can do to help me? I could mail it all to you so you can see? I have only used the equipment on one hunt so far, so I was bummed it didnt work when I got it back out. Thank you.
