Beautiful doll

I do not know what is taking so long to get this item. I ordered this Nov 8, estimated delivery was Nov 15-18, didn't even get an email until Thanksgiving that is was shipped, so 2 weeks in transit and almost a month since ordered. This is ridiculous especiall when this was a birthday present for my granddaughters birthday that was November 28. I wouldn't have ordered it if the website had an estimated delivery date that was the truth. Almost $200 later, no birthday present for my granddaughter, haven't recieved the item and their customer service is horrendous. I would never ever recommend this company, EVER! Very untrustworthy company. I didn't want to give any stars, but it doesn't let you bypass it. RATING O
