High Quality! The price is justified! It would be better to have better packaging though.

I really like the cold eye packs. However, without a microwave, it's unclear how to warm up the hot eye packs. The silk mask is nice but the eye cups are a really hard foam, with a slanted surface. I have a small nose and high cheek bones so they would fit perfectly if I could just rotate them, but the slanted shape prevents this from fitting correctly. If the eye cups were just a little softer or not slanted, or both, this would be a lot more comfortable. It would be nice to be able to buy eye cups separately from the masks so I could choose ones for my face shape.

Update: I bumped this from 4 stars to 2. Reason being is within the first week of having them, the steam eye cups burst open spilling the beads inside everywhere. The Cool and Steam eye cups are fantastic. I use them frequently for my headaches or to relieve my anxiety while falling asleep. The Silk Sleep Mask is why this doesnt get a 5 star though. Honestly I would rate that separately as a a 2 just because of the material. Its not the smooth silk that I was expecting. Its more the scratchy kind if that makes sense. I hate adjusting it because of that texture but once I get it on in a comfortable position, its a good mask. Just depends if you like the material or not.
