Exceptional customer service

First, I only needed 100ft of shielded Cat6A for rewiring inside my house, and Infinity was the only vendor I found with the option to purchase that amount (everywhere else was minimum of 500+ ft). Infinity mistakenly shipped me the unshielded variant. When I e-mailed customer service late on a Thursday with photos showing the parcel I received was the unshielded cable, I received a reply from Tom *7 minutes later* saying they would ship the shielded cables the next day (which they did), and would follow with instructions for returning the unshielded cable. Less than 24 hours, Tom sent me the shipment tracking number with the note, “Go ahead and keep the cable you have now to make things easy. Pass it to a friend or maybe can use for some patch cables.” This was my first purchase from Infinity, but I have rarely seen this kind of rapid response and exceptional generosity for a low-volume order from a new customer. My thanks to Tom and Infinity, I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
