Lovely morning ritual

My friend sent me a photo of one of the pages when I was having a tough time with anxiety and I bought it straight away! It’s become a lovely little morning ritual already, some days make me think and others just have great advice. I really appreciate that it can be used year after year (although I would love to get version IV of it comes back in stock!), and I believe the owners are from Northern Ireland, so it feels great to support local. I fully intend on buying a few more for some other friends, it’s great quality and I love reading each day with my morning tea and toast ☺️
