The pitcher “lid” is very ineffective when attempting to pour the tea while using the built in filter/strainer. Additionally, it allows too much air to get into the tea while in the refrigerator, causing the tea to immediately become cloudy and diminishes the taste.

Overall good, except for pouring issues

It is very light and easy to wash and use; however, it does not pour well with the cap on (which is a necessary feature with loose tea). Aside from the untidy pouring ability with the cap, I still like the size and design of the pitcher.
