Bai Mudan, China White Tea - Organic

Nice, light tea

While bolder teas or flavored teas are great, I really enjoy the lightness of white teas. I had a sample of this from a sample pack, and it was the first white tea I had tasted. It's great for just sipping while reading a book and staring out the window.

Wonderful flavor!

My very favorite tea is Mayor's Cup, a blend by Bruce Richardson. But my dentist made me give up black teas, and I was just never happy with green teas. Bai Mudan white tea has a lovely, delicate flavor, a bit like licorice or sassafras, and it keeps my dentist happy. But all Elmwood Inn teas are wonderful!
