Kukicha Organic Japanese Green Tea

Great tea without a grassy taste. I really enjoy this green tea. I like a green tea without the grassy taste and this tea fits the bill.

a new one

I like to keep 4-6 green teas from Elmwood in my cupboard. Kukicha was a new one to try. It's got a nice flavor profile. I'm not the expert Bruce is (who is?!) but it has a very gentle, slightly grassy flavor to it. Like all of them, I brew two pots each morning. The second steeping is always darker with all of them, and the Kukicha was no exception. BUT, it was still subtle.
