I started with the magnesium balm and love it. I’ve been experiencing muscle strains from stress, working out, running after a toddler, and life so i though id give the large jar of recovery balm a try. Its subtle, soothing, and a self care routine for me. It has helped me relax and not wake up so often at night. I’ gifted this to my MIL for her arthritis pain.

Immediate difference. We are at the age where you turn wrong and something can hurt. My husband’s knee was bothering him and tried what we had in the cabinet, with no real relief.
