Customer Service & Product

Customer service was great from the beginning to end of the order. They informed me immediately about their issues regarding having factory issues. They gave me a great estimate of time of arrival; which it came sooner. I am not use to this type of material and this is my first time ordering 18k. Suggested that everyone get a ½ size smaller. (Example: I wear 11. Should have gotten a 10½). Overall great.

The Classy Cuban Ring

The ring far exceeded my expectations. The weight is substantial, the polish is perfect! The ring was not in the Wedding Band category but that will be its intended purpose. Very sophisticated but just a little thugged out lol.
