Super cute but broke very fast.

I purchased a Figaro anklet for my sister's birthday. I did have a little issue with the processing of the order when it came to the delivery address. Since, it was a gift I want it send directly to my sister. However, the final statement showed that the delivery address was my address and not my sisters. I immediately sent an email to customer service explaining the issue and requesting that the delivery address could be corrected. Although, I didn't get any confirmation as to whether or not the address issue could be corrected. So, I assumed because the tracking updates on my order stated that delivery address was my house just assumed the matter was unable to be resolved as per my request. In the end, I received a message informing me that the anklet was delivered to my sister's address in California. She was very surprised, very impressed with quality of the anklet and really loves her birthday present. All in all, I was very happy with my shopping experience and will definitely be a return customers!
