The time it took to come was very acceptable. very easy to swallow. I feel like the biggest this it does is help reduce stress the days I have token it, there times it’s so stressful, but I didn’t feel like stressing out all. It amazes me. Stress so harmful, and we all need ways to reduce as much as much possible.

In the first week of taking this I didn’t feel much but at this moment I can really tell the difference when I am playing and I just have so much more energy. I am a young athlete and I recommend this.
