Decaf Cognition Mushroom coffee

The first time I tried this coffee, I mixed it half/half with decaf medium roast. I felt a bit of a stimulant effect after 5 minutes. I thought it was just me, but my husband felt the same thing. I felt a bit disorganized/spacey, for about 2-3 minutes. Then just felt energized most of the day. Second day, the mix was 1/3 mushroom coffee and 2/3 plain decaf. No buzz or spacey feeling, but had more energy throughout the day.

Great Coffee

Tried the Cogniton coffee for the first time. I love the flavor and of course Lifeboost is always King! I was comparing it to another popular mushroom coffee that I tried and of course Lifeboost always tops the field in my arena. I would like to know if this is as effective as other brands that have like five or more mushrooms?

Best decaf I know
