My hatch would not connect to WiFi suddenly, so after troubleshooting I reached out to Hatch. They sent me a replacement immediately. It works perfectly, but is not the color I would have chosen. I am also left with the broken one to dispose of. Not sure why it happened but it was only 1 year old and seems wasteful. I do appreciate the replacement and good customer service, though.
