Vibit PULSE - Wireless Recovery System

Machine does not work properly Individual units won’t work on all modes and the 4 units don’t all work at the same time. Contacted customer support within a few days of receiving item and they advised I needed to do a multitude of things including photos and videos of units not working. Honestly I don’t have time and can’t be bothered to do all this. I suppose this is the downside of ordering online and not being able to take item back to place of purchase. I’m just going to cut my losses as it’s just all to hard and time consuming to process the unit is either faulty or poor quality. Lesson learnt at $200 for something I saw many positive as well as negative reviews on and thought I’d take the gamble.

Worse thing ever Instructions are hopeless Doesn’t charge Keeps going when unit is off If I could give minus 10 stars I would

I really like it and use it on my knees and back each day. Glad I bought it.
