American Wagyu Filet Steak

I have had friends over to grill out these wonderful steaks. They turned out medium rare and were so tender, my friends said these were the best that they had ever put in their mouths. Such a treat to have such delicious high quality beef locally- warning once you enjoy their steaks you will be ruined to “traditional” beef. So much flavor!!! Delivery is a snap as well!

I purchased filets and ribeyes for my husband as a Christmas gift. We had our first ribeye last night, and it was fabulous. We can't wait to try the filets, which I'm sure will be great, too.
