Trackman Fairway Wood/Shaft Fitting

Customer service was good. The hitting bay wasn’t the best quality. The shaft that I wanted to try wasn’t available, and then no offer of any discount to purchase. Overall it was a waste of my time, and I really wanted to do lasting business in the future - but it would be hard to find a reason to. My suggestion is look after customers now to build lasting relationships for the future. Expecting a customer to pay for a below average set up for fitting without any discount off the purchase - especially without getting to try the shaft - isn’t very good unfortunately.

Luke was very aware of my need to increase distance due to my declining swing speed. His knowledge of the TPT shafts and how they would help fix my problem was very much appreciated.
