Easy to install!

Identical replacement for the fan that our mitigator installed last year. The first one got a rat in it :( The price from the manufacturer was less than half of what the mitigator was going to charge. The install took me 10 minutes. I appreciate the wagos being included - super simple.

Took 3 days to install. But run a 3” pipe from center of basement to garage. Run a 3” pipe out of garage and basement to a 4” pipe to the fan and out thru ceiling in garage and out thru the roof with roof flashing and rain cap on 4” pipe. Had bought 1 electronic radon tester and thought it was reading wrong. Bought another from another company and they was really close to one another. My reading peaked at 26 in basement and peaked 10 upstairs. 1 day after install reading peak in basement is 2 and upstairs peak is under 1. Should have done this a long time ago.
