Great customer service and a great product.

Festa customer service was extremely helpful and professional in helping with my purchase. Our replacement fan arrived within a few days. The included directions are easy to follow and make installation very easy and quick. Our old fan had a bearing failure after about 12 years and was very noisy. This fan is well built and very quiet. I am confident it will outlive the 8-year warranty.

Shipping was wonderfully fast and efficient and product was packaged well. Our electrician just installed this unit yesterday and everything was inside the box as it should have been, according to him. It is up and running great as we are writing this. Thank you for such good customer service... the woman who took our order was really professional and helpful, also!
