Fantastic starter that has just the right amount of funkiness to it! It was easy to activate, by day four it was doubling in size (I feed it with a combo of rye and all purpose flours). I’ve baked three breads so far and they all turned out beautifully! I look forward to trying your flours next.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I just tried the sourdough starter and I was impressed by the wonderful flavor of my first batch of bread. I also ordered an assortment of flours and tend to order more as needed. These are really great products for those of us who like organic flour with no Glyphosate.

Birthday Sourdough
