Purchase was a standard process as it was face to face purchase in the Sydney store. Much preferred for me. I had a couple of configuration to Canon mirrorless questions which were sorted out very well. Following purchase I had issue with firmware updates on the XProI-C TTL Trigger, which I communicated online initially with the Australian site (Sydney) and then the direct suppliers. Response, support and advice was great. They gave good follow up information which allowed me to get the right firmware from Godox. And I was able to forward it on to the Australian supplier shouts any of their future. clients need it.
