Horrible quality and return process is awful and slow. Restock fee is %20 and goes up after 30 days. Feels like they are dragging out the return process by responding every 2 to 3 days between emails

Poor quality and I didn’t like the 20% charge for restocking. It’s not my fault the ring felt fake and cheap. My money was kept and I feel robbed. I would have gave zero stars if I could.
