Not So Satisfied

The device has good reviews on its protection qualities. Hopefully that is correct. However, I used the device for the first time this weekend and was disappointed in two respects: (1) it’s really difficult to read the information that is diplayed in the opening in the front (and I have 20/20 vision) and (2) one of the metal bolts on the product has started to rust after only three days! Not what I would expect from a device that costs so much.
