Best bite of meat you will ever have.

This is the cut my wife and I look forward to buying a couple times a year. We’ve been to Michael Jordan’s, Smith and Wolenski, Manny’s, Ruth’s Chris, all of the steakhouses. If you cook this right, you will blow all of them out of the water. Trust me, you get what you pay for. For the 1-2 pound, 25-30 minutes at 275, followed by 10 minutes on high broil, you have yourself a perfect piece of meat. Just score that fat cap and generously season with the butchers salt. 11/10.

I always love the pecan from here. It’s delicious as always I cooked sous vide and then I slice pieces off throughout the week and grill it. It’s amazing. Best bang for your Buck.
