I've been very impressed by both the gazebo and the company. The initial delivery was missing a few pieces but the company resolved this very quickly. Myself and 2 friends built the gazebo in 1 day (8am-5pm), the instructions were clear, and the quality of the wood and supplied fixings seem very good. The gazebo has made a big difference to the appearance of our garden and it feels like it should last a very long time.

A good Gazebo but could be better: Counter sinking of steel base plates too shallow; bracing timber pieces not cut accurately at 45 degrees; assembly instructions not compete; one bowed post, making it difficult to align with others. Professional tools needed to do a good assembly job, particularly on a patio that is not completely level.
