DOA - The stand is gorgeous, but the AirPod Pro dish not working

The stand is gorgeous, feels well made, and charges my iPhone perfectly. Unfortunately, the AirPods Pro charging pad was dead on arrival and never worked, even after troubleshooting. I’m returning it for a replacement and hope the next one works as intended, because otherwise this is an excellent product.

Perfect Desk Charger
