The mat looks very nice in our kitchen space. The material is extremely soft to the touch and im hoping it holds up well into the future.

Eh, this is less impressive in person. The pattern isn't woven into the design, but printed on top. As the rug is walked on, the pattern can appear "cracked" or shifted. It also doesn't wash well. Since what I purchased has a white background, I knew it would show some discoloration, but I hoped washing would help. Didn't make a bit of difference. Overall, I like it, but it's definitely not worth what I paid.
