Roche CoaguChek XS PT Test Strips (24/Box)

The strips are good but my ordering experience was less so. After a couple weeks with no contact, I emailed MFI Medical to ask about the order and when I could expect a tracking number. They never answered me and so I called my credit card company to have the charge refunded. Then a week or so later, all of a sudden I get a notification from the Shop app that the strips are on the way. Not sure what happened there but I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 because of the purchasing experience.

Shipping was delayed which was a really big inconvenience, customer service and management was easy to get ahold of and stayed on top of the issue.

This came in great condition. Only down side is that it took longer to get to me than expected time that was given.
