Whipped Honey with Lemon

One of my favorites. I can literally eat it with a spoon. If you like a taste of lemon in your hot tea, this is the one for you. I also like to drizzle it over sliced apples.

I love this honey. The addition of lemon to the honey is perfect for a nice cup of hot tea! I also think it would be wonderful drizzled over desserts or into yogurt. I’ve even taken a spoonful of it when I have a cold, or a cough. No doubt there are so many other ways to enjoy this honey!

Just when I thought their whipped honey was as good as it gets, they go and add lemon to it, which takes it over the top. Perfect!
