I wish I bought this watch a decade ago

I bought my first Stuhrling automatic over ten years ago and have never had a single issue with it. This one though has been a disappointment. While I love the look of the watch, it doesn’t function well. This watch is marketed as an automatic with a winding feature. After buying it in November I noticed it stopped while wearing it a few times within the first week or so. I emailed the company and they exchanged the watch for me. Since I got it back I’ve worn it nearly daily. If I don’t remember to fully wind the watch it will still stop while wearing the watch. In order to get it moving without wind you have to really shake your arm in an exaggerated manner. On top of that the band already broke and had to be replaced. If this watch was marketed as a wind up instead I wouldn’t have such complaints. Unfortunately, I was buying an automatic watch and expected it to function as well as my older stuhrling. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again. To be clear the service was fine but 2 watches having the same issue back to back is a big red flag.

Great solid Big watch with soft strap. Really like the design. I owe now 5

Great watch

So far I've been very impressed with the watch, the customer service and the presentation. The box it comes in has the feel of a watch 100X the cost of this. This probably won't be my last Stuhrling.
