Happy that I can repair

I'm extremely happy that hiboy sells parts so I can repair my E-bike whenever it breaks down. I appreciate this because there are a lot of E-Bike/E-scooter brands don't sell parts. And I've had the trash a few E-scooters from other brands in the past because of that issue.

Nice scooter and great customer service!

I bought the Ecom `14 and just love it, nice ride, good power and well built. I did have a small issue and Nancy in customer service was prompt and took care of me fast and done well.. I recommend this scooter
