First and Last Time Ordering From This Company

I ordered a Morgan State Sweatshirt and it arrived quickly, which was great & I liked the quality. The issue started when I requested an exchange for a smaller size. To make a long story short, the communication was horrible. I called and spoke to a guy named Kevin three times to check the status. They finally delivered the item, but it shouldn't have taken that long and that many phone calls. I usually check reviews before purchasing anything, but this time I didn't, which I should've because later on, I saw that they had negative reviews due to similar experiences.
