Product works as expected. The issue came with trying ti download the app. QR code didn’t work and it took several tries to download from the app store.

I am unable to fully use the Lumen device because it requires credit card authorization despite my subscription already being paid in tull. This restriction has limited access to the services included in my membership and has prevented me from receiving the full value of the product.

I like the product and it seems like it gives accurate information. I find the product to be a little bit slow in processing time. When I don't have a lot of time to begin with I don't need to sit there on the edge of my bed and wait for my product to heat up. Also the curated food selections are not based on real world grocery behavior. These are curated by marketers. Overall the product seems like it's going to really be a game changer.
