I bought this because I cook for one and then t made more sense for my life. The recipes are delicious! My only complaint is that unlike the other two ebooks, this one does not have how many servings each recipe makes and the macro breakdown. So if that’s important to you, something to be aware of.

This plan has a good variety of meal choices that are delicious, easy to make, and affordable! My family's favorite is the Creamy Beef Dip that we paired with pork rinds. Easy and yum!
