Good customer service
Was sent wrong lens that I had ordered when I contact customer service shipped me the right one. Told me to keep other one or give away for my inconvenience. Really appreciate that. It was an $80 automatic lens

Actual review here. I used the lens in my pancake hood for two 10" welds. The clarity is really good while welding, but there's an odd reflection of the weld arc inside the lens. It's hard to explain, but basically, you can see your actual weld puddle and two more weld puddles above that one. Tried different clear lenses but made no difference. Next bad thing, the blue lens is very dark when you aren't welding. It's not a big deal until you're trying to look at a level, then tack real quick. Tried to email the customer support people about the issues, but no reply. So only 3 stars...
