Great
The waistband definitely runs small as described; I typically wear a small/medium and the large fits me perfectly. The bulge, however, is not small. I'm not sure where exactly it would fall on the bulge rating scale. I got it to wear for swimming, which I haven't done yet, but it creates a noticeable but not overly large bulge in my tight little swim trunks. I was worried the leg straps would show under the trunks, but it's all smooth (at least when dry). It's very comfortable and a very easy and secure option for swimming, since you don't have to adjust anything.
