I loved the new pans

I Loved the new stoneware baking pans! I cooked three loaves of wheat bread made with white and wheat bread! So far its absolutely the best. The bread loavesvwere perfect in size for lunch meat. I WILL BEbaking more bread in these wonderfully French made pans.

Really beautiful bread pan, bought for my dad. Has a cool lion on it. And supposed to have less toxic exposure than Teflon Dad loved it, appreciated the 12” size too

Favorite bread baking pan

I’m a recipe developer so I bake all the time and quality is everything. Peugeot Appolia Loaf Pan has weight to it and the bottom of the pan has a wood like surface. Love this idea because it do not burn my counters !
