Best for chrome powder?!!

It's a super good base coat, but I'm always buying this product for doing chrome art. Just remove the sticky coat with acetone and no chrome powder will ever stick to it ever, it's just the BEST and I tried so many matte top coat for chrome isolation and it never worked like it does with this base coat!!
