Picture looks good

The colors and the details appear correctly on the key. Just keep in mind that when printing a picture with a 1:1 aspect ratio on the key, the left and right borders of the design will be printed on the sides of the keycap (extending by 1mm) since the "face" of the key is taller than wide (12x14mm). But personally, I don't see this as an issue. The keycap looks great on the keyboard.

Exceeded my expectations

I ordered three custom keycaps with prints of little drawings for a friend of mine. The process of purchasing the service and providing the files for printing was simple and straightforward. After they had printed the keycaps Kromekeycaps came back to me to inform me that the slightly white shine on the edge of the drawing did look more like a white outline in the printed version. They asked me if i could provide a file without the white shine so the could print them again. To me this wasnt a big issue and i gave them the permission to just continue with this version and not bother to reprint them. Without me even asking for it they seemingly found a way to remove the white outline themselves and sent me both versions. Its exactly that way of doing the job i want to point out in this review. They did more then i asked for and i am very happy with the result. I would have been fine with the first version but to go that extra step very much made sure that i will order again for the next project. The quality of the keycap itself is fine in my opinion. I used them as an accent mixed with a PBTfans Set. They dont stand out to much there and thats a good thing, given the quality PBTfans normally provides. They for sure arent some super thin terrible sounding keycaps. To be honest: I had expected a lot worse quality of the keycap itself. The print quality is pretty good also. As you can see in the picture there are a lot of details in the drawing. How durable the keycaps are is the only thing i cant fully rate because it was a gift for a friend and she also just started using it two weeks ago. Summary: The keycap itself fulfilled all my expectations and exceeded them in many parts. The customer support was probably the best customer experience i had in a long time.
